Hello, my name is Everado Boudi van Vlijmen (Vlymen). I am long-standing and highly experienced. I leverage my expertise in chemical engineering, information technology, business management, telecommunications, and government to develop technology that prioritizes privacy and independence from big tech.
I work to improve freedom. I strive for freedom from governments, dogmas, big tech, and big money, all of which threaten our privacy.
Until the end of 2025, I ran a business as an independent innovation consultant, providing hands-on IT support under the name Clocked. In 2026, I transformed Clocked into my private research and development institute due to my partial relocation to Italy and Dutch (and EU) legal constraints. I now design improved systems for public service organizations, apps, and data privacy management.
Clocked is focused on building a better future for the free world, beginning with Generation Z and beyond.
